I would like to see the community and the Chester Police Department work together for the community. We need to have trainings and events together. I think that the police force needs the community behind them and that entails being a part of the community. We need to build the trust between the police and community. Any other ideals please blog on!!!!! Thanks Lynn Lee- member Acorn.
